Arrival Notification
Our Scoop Tribe pooper scoopers will send you an "On Our Way" text 60 minutes before your service time. Customers are not required to be at home during their service, but we do ask for easy access to cleaning areas and that no aggressive dogs be left out in the yard. Please inform us of anything that may be relevant during your service when booking.
Safety Procedures
Once your yard is dog poop-free, your Scoop Tribe technician will send you a photo of your closed gate to give you peace of mind about the security of your dogs. Our team members will then spray down all of their scooping equipment and boots with organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and illness to other dogs, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Yard Cleaning
Your professional pooper scooper will arrive and perform a grid style cleaning search of your property, allowing them to thoroughly inspect the entire service area twice. Our team members also perform a courtesy debris pickup for small litter-type items that may have blown into your yard, ensuring your property stays neat and presentable.
Pet Waste Disposal
While other services may use your trash bins or leave the bagged waste behind in a bag on your property causing smells and potentially making an even bigger mess, your Scoop Tribe pooper scooper will double-bag the dog waste and place it in their service truck to be disposed of with Waste Management. This ensures compliance with local guidelines, as well as maintains the cleanliness of your yard even after we leave.
